Attendance Policy
Here at Easy as PI Tutoring in Mathematics we want to help students build life-long math skills and life skills. As with many things in life, showing up is the first step. Although we are not complete masters of our worlds, we have control over many of the aspects of our day-to-day routines. That is why it is important to have an attendance policy that allows flexibility while providing parameters for tutors to schedule personalized time for students.
Once a class is scheduled, time has been set aside specifically for your student. This is their time to work on the program designed for them. In order to make that time the most productive for all involved, we ask that you give a 4 hour minimum notice if you need to cancel. This allows the tutor time to schedule in a student who is waiting for a session time. You will be able to reschedule with no additional charges. If you are unable to give a 4 hour minimum notice*, there will be no refunds on the missed session.
*Extenuating circumstances will be discussed on a case-by-case situation.
