It's scary to think about failure. Even in the best of circumstances, our brains can filter back to that one question: "What if I get it wrong?" As parents we think it. As teachers we think it. As worker bees we think it. We all know that as students we thought it. But what if failure wasn't a negative? What if we view failure as a time to learn and grow?
